Simple and Reliable DNA Purification System

I use the Wizard Plus DNA Purification System for extracting the plasmid DNA rapidly using various animal tissue and plant tissue samples which have been treated with variety of microbes. It protects my samples from any type of cross contamination, specifically with microbes, and increases the shelf life of extracted plasmid DNA as I need to send the samples further for sequencing, so for this step the kit helps me a lot. This way I can use the kit for extracting plasmid DNA which can be directly used for sequencing and further downstream analysis. The kit is very time efficient, as it just take almost 30 minutes or less to complete an entire miniprep procedure.
