Advanced Testing Machine for Characterization of Composite Materials

We are using this device for our client's work in which we are experimenting with composite bar material. The composite bar is one type of replacement for steel bar that can be used in the construction industry for lowering the total cost and that's why, before using this bar, a mechanical test is necessary. We take one sample from the client and do a proper analysis of the mechanical characteristics of that bar by using this testing device. We have been using this instrument for the last year and its impact is very great and quick. I like this instrument because of its performance and enhanced features. They provide three types of fixtures like tensile grips, 3 and 4 point bend and compression platens which enhanced the use of this instrument. We use all three of these fixtures for measuring the tension, bend and compression properties of the composite bar and based on those results we make recommendations to the clients.
