We opted for these 100KDa membranes to concentrate soluble protein of about 180KDa. We were quite confident following the 90% IgG (150KDa) recovery rate assured by the manufacturer, but the results were very deceiving and we lost a lot of time before noticing that most of the protein flowed through the membrane instead of being retained.
