I liked this kit because it is easy to use for the purification of genomic DNA fragments, and provides a sufficient amount. There are straightforward steps to follow for the purifications, however, you have to be careful with the usage of correct columns at particular steps. Also, this kit has to be used efficiently in order to make it cost effective, as one kit is for 10 purifications only.
