Used the BSA protein assay kit to quantify proteins in human platelet lysate samples comparing patients with heterozygous and homozygous GNE mutations and control samples. The incubation step involves a 30 min wait at 37°C. I ran the standards in triplicates and the patient samples in duplicates and got great results.
For protein quantification
