I use this product to perform CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing on cells such as HEK293T, B cells and T cells. Using protein instead of DNA plasmid decreases the risk of off-target events, which can be very important in some cases. I recommend this product because it is reliable, and very easy to use. Unfortunately, this product is quite expensive.
