The ready-to-use 10X stock buffer is a great alternative for fast electrophoresis. This 10X volume just needs to be diluted before use and we are good with the experiment for gel running, and band separations. The only issue is with its limited time capacity to be used, but that can be solved by purchasing the size as per requirement and that can be cost-effective, otherwise it is more expense as compared to preparing 10X stock in the lab.
