Alt-R® CRISPR-Cas9 tracrRNA
I perform a lot of CRISPR-Cas9 experiments on cells such as B cells, T cells and HEK293T. My protocol to modify genes uses electroporation of Cas9 RNP complex because it leads to less "off-target" events. This product (tracrRNA) is part of the RNP complex. It is very easy to use and I recommend resuspending it in water to get better cell viability after electroporation.
