Good, but Not Optimal for Large Proteins Purification

Affordable and reliable resin for the purification of His-tagged protein. The buffers are detailed in the datasheet and easy to prepare. Nevertheless, the yield for large proteins is not optimal, and a relatively high amount of protein is still found in the flowthrough: we purified 180 KDa protein (ON incubation with the beads) and we observed less than 10 mg of protein eluted/ml of resin, with an important quantity of protein still unbound.
