A Buffer for PCR Environment

The magnesium chloride buffer is one of the necessary components for PCR reaction mixture. To standardize the concentration of this buffer, I have used the 50mM MgCl₂ from New England BioLabs, and it has provided me excellent amplifications and PCR products. This tube comes as a stock and we can dilute it in our reactions by simple calculations; it is very straightforward to use.
