GoTaq Reaction Buffers for PCR
GoTaq reaction buffer is one of the great options for PCR reactions. This ready-to-use 1X buffer solves several purposes including providing density to samples for gel loading, green dye color for sample tracking while running the electrophoresis, providing the buffer environment, and also, added MgCl2 helps to reduce the separate addition of magnesium in the reactions. I have purchased it as a separate product and run through my reactions and it provides me great results, and excellent PCR products visualizations over the gel.
