Excellent for Small Volume Sonication

This is a small vessel that we used for small volume sonication with the Covaris focused sonicator S220. Very useful when dealing with small amounts of starting material (50-100K nuclei) and you can't afford large volumes for sonication as for the bigger 1 mL tubes. The fiber included in the tubes enhances the sonication efficiency a lot and allows you to use very mild ultrasound force and time.
