It's a simple machine that does its job very well. There are a wide variety of attachments that can be used to accommodate different types of labware. We bought several of them to use in several different applications that also use different types of labware. The sales rep was very helpful in finding the attachments we needed and helped us find a way to modify one of the attachments to suit a nonstandard kind of labware.
Also, every time I do a rpm validation on it, it's right on.
