Fast and Reliable Kit for Isolating Monocytes

Monocytes comprise only ~10% of circulating blood leukocytes, so obtaining sufficient number from blood can be a challenge due to low cell numbers. This kit can be used to purify monocytes from blood with no impact on cell viability or phenotype. It will not achieve complete removal of all other cells but reliably enriches for monocytes and importantly is a negative selection kit, so the depleting antibodies never interact with the cell type of interest. Results can be validated by staining for CD14 and analyzing by flow cytometry.
