Total Exosome Isolation Reagent (from serum)
I have used this product to precipitate extracellular vesicles from human serum. The choice for this was for a biomarker study. It should be noted that the precipitation reagent does not isolate "pure" exosomes and the precipitated vesicles should be better termed as extracellular vesicles (EVs). The product is ideal for very low starting volumes of serum where ultracentrifugation may be problematic. A benefit of the product is that it does not require specialist equipment.
