This buffer set from BD contains all the necessary solutions to perform fixation and permeabilization of cells in preparation for intracellular staining. After fixation, cells can be kept in the permeabilization buffer overnight to continue the staining the next day. This kit can be used to stain for many intracellular targets including cytokines and transcription factors. Thorough wash steps are required, but the manufacturer’s protocol contains a detailed and optimized procedure.
