I have used the BD Pharmingen™ PerCP-Cy™5.5 Mouse anti-Human CD9 to assess the presence of CD9 on extracellular vesicles (EVs) by flow cytometry. This fulfills the requirements of the international society of extracellular vesicles. The antibody is simple to use and effectively shows CD9 positivity. I used the antibody in conjunction with the BD FACSCanto.
