BD Pharmingen™ APC Mouse Anti-Human CD81
I have used the BD Pharmingen™ APC Mouse Anti-Human CD81 antibody to tag extracellular vesicles (EVs) for the presence of CD81. This formed part of the required characterization from the International Society of Extracellular Vesicles, which denotes that EVs should be characterized for the presence of surface markers. I used the antibody in conjunction with the BD FACSCanto and analyzed the data with the FlowJo software.
