Isolation of RNA From Extracellular Vesicles Using the Total Exosome RNA & Protein Isolation Kit

I have used the Total Exosome RNA & Protein Isolation Kit to isolate total RNA from extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from human serum and human cells. The kit effectively isolates low-concentration RNA and can also be adapted to isolate protein. I have used the RNA for downstream NanoString analysis effectively.
