Just like the previous Nanodrop 2000 version, Nanodrop One is also very impressive for quick and accurate quantification of DNA and RNA. Measures DNA and RNA concentration at ng/uL with 260/280 and 260/230 absorbance. The loading volume of the sample is also 1uL like the previous version. Nanodrop One comes with touchscreen control and, there is no need for a separate computer with this version. Finally, proteins can also be estimated with Nanodrop One using Bradford, Lowry or BCA method.
