I have used the V-PLEX Human Cytokine 30-Plex Kit to assess the expression of multiple cytokines/chemokines in human serum. The kit is multiplex and allows simultaneous assessment of multiple markers in the same sample, which is ideal when sample is limited such as during clinical studies. The results are accurate and reproducible and the kit generates a huge amount of data. Although it is high in price.
