Recently, I used this medium for the maintenance of Mesenchymal stem cells. It’s a classic medium but to use it on MSC you need to complete the medium with a lot of extra (vitamin C, beta-mercapto, SVF, pen/strep, glutamax, and more). Other than that, I never have problems with this medium. I fully recommend it.
