Series 4700 General Purpose Pressure Vessels
I use this pressure vessel to prepare my membrane extractions. It's a simple system with several pressure control valves. You put your cell suspensions in High Pressure from 10 to 200 bar and by the nitrogen decompression method, you can obtain your protein extraction after more or less 30 minutes, you centrifuge your sample and you have your extraction. You can use a sample volume between 0,25 to 1000 mL.
