This kit is a little expensive, but this is justified by the quantity of transfections possible with 750µL (around 7 manipulations). It's a simple method for transfecting stable cell lines (HEK 293, COS-7, HK2, etc). In 7 quick steps, your cells are transfected. A user guide is provided, enabling you to optimize your transfection conditions. The percentage of transfection is relatively high with this kit (in my experimental conditions).
