H&E Staining Kit (Hematoxylin and Eosin)
I used the H&E staining kit to stain mouse bone marrow cells. Mouse tibia and femurs were collected, and the marrow was flushed, cells were counted in the cell counter and a Cytospin experiment was performed. H&E staining was then performed on the slide and the image was taken in EVOS brightfield microscope. The procedure was simple, and the staining kit was easy to use.
