We use these flasks mainly in our microbiology lab when we need to prepare agar cultures. They keep the heat well when we put them in a water bath with our liquid agars and the glass is definitely solid enough to support the heat of the autoclave. So far no glass has broken even when it dropped from our hands during manipulation. I would recommend this product.
