White Filter Card
I used the white filter card from Simport Scientific for cytospin experiments with mouse bone marrow samples. BM pellets were diluted with 1%BSA in PBS, cells counted and fixed with methanol. After fixing, cells were washed, and 100ul of 1% BSA in PBS was aliquoted into wells and centrifuged for 1 min to wet the filter, after which samples were added and spun for 8 mins. The filter paper was easy to place and assemble into the cassette.
