Did Not Last Long in Our Lab - Mini Centrifuge

We had bought four of these and used them somewhat frequently in routine procedures. However, after around a year, one had an issue where the lid had to manually be held down to operate. Shortly after, the rotor on another stopped operating. While the other two still work, we expected more shelf-life on these.
