Pacific Blue™ anti-human TCR α/β Antibody
T Cell Receptor (TCR) is a key membrane protein expressed by T cells that is essential to make the interaction with target cells and especially their Class I HLA proteins. In case of mismatches between Class I HLA, T cells will be activated and will eliminate target cells considered as "non self". I use this product to test the purity of a cell pool after a T cell separation from PBMCs. This product works perfectly for this purpose. But, weirdly my positive and negative control (respectively pure T cells and pure B cells) give the same result during flow cytometry... I use this product as a 100X solution during the staining.
