Chamber for Confocal Imaging

I used these chambers for live cell confocal imaging of mammalian cells. These chambers have a cover glass bottom, which is essential for high-resolution microscopy. The advantages of these chambers are (1) they are sterile, making them suitable for long term cell imaging, (2) they are available in various sizes, helps to minimize usage of expensive drugs, (3) unlike homemade chambers, they are not leaky, so cross-contamination between wells is minimum. I have also re-used them after washing them with 70% ethanol and soap, and they seem to work fine for two-three cycles of imaging. The only disadvantage is they are quite expensive.
