Sterile Cuvettes for Electroporation

I used these cuvettes for electroporation of DNA into various mammalian cells (CHO, NIH3T3 and U2OS). The cuvettes are sold as individually wrapped and sterile, therefore minimizes chances of contamination. I have always got good transfection efficiency with these cuvettes, and therefore highly recommend it. Although I used them for mammalian cells, they would also work for E coli, making them very versatile. Depending on the electrode gap, it might by difficult to pipette out samples after electroporation, I often use sterile disposable transfer pipettes to take out the samples.
