I have used the glass bottom plates for both confocal imaging and FRET assay using a plate reader. The plates are sterile so we can directly use them for plating cells. They are also much cheaper compared to other brands. All the wells are in the same plane, which allows minimum focus adjustment when imaging multiple wells.
