Real-Time PCR System

I use the QuantStudio 5 Real-Time PCR System regularly, and its precision and user-friendly interface make it an indispensable tool for my qPCR experiments. The system's robust performance consistently delivers accurate and reproducible results. I have generally used this with SYBR green reagent, however it could be used for other dye chemistry as well. The 384 well set-up is really useful for performing q-PCR on large number of samples.
