Column for Plasmid Maxiprep

I have used these columns for plasmid Maxiprep with homemade buffers. These columns are great for obtaining high-yield DNA from 150-250 ml cultures. Please make sure to load clarified supernatant, otherwise, the column gets clogged with protein precipitates and the flow rate reduces significantly.
