I use this cell culture medium for primary human cells in suspension and attached cells. For fibroblast culture, you just need to add an antibiotic (penicillin/streptavidin), 10% of serum, and beta-mercapto. I prefer to prepare 50 ml of medium to have as much fresh medium as possible. It is preferable for fragile cells.
