ECL Substrate Kit

I use the Immobilon Western HRP Substrate during the western blot detection stage. You need to prepare some before detection at a ratio of 1:1 of peroxide solution and luminol reagent. Be careful when you use them to avoid contamination. It's not expensive and easy to use.
