Lyophilised Trypsin for adherent cells

I have used the Trypsin from porcine pancreas lyophilized powder (Type II-S, 1,000-2,000 units/mg dry solid) during isolation of human articular chondrocytes cells from osteoarthritis patients undergoing total knee joint arthroplasty. The powder must be resuspended at the appropriate concentration in a suitable diluent, and it is helpful to calculate the concentration required based on the amount of material to solubilize.
