Assessing MMP-13 by ELISA

I have used the Human Pro-MMP-13 Quantikine ELISA Kit to assess secreted MMP‐13 protein from cultured chondrocytes, according to the manufacturer's instructions at optimized dilutions (1:10). Absorbance was measured using a Microplate Reader (Thermo Labsystems Multiskan Ascent 354) at manufacturer recommended wavelengths and concentrations were obtained from standard curves.
