We often perform mononuclear cell isolation from human blood samples of different origins (fresh blood, aphaeresis residues...). This packaging of 6x500ml bottles is very convenient for our high throughput activity, since way cheaper than single purchases and we usually manage to finish one bottle in a few weeks. Unfortunately, we can't evaluate the stability of these large-volume bottles in the long term, we finish each of them in > 2 months once opened.
