Synth-a-Freeze™ Cryopreservation Medium
To freeze delicate cells like fibroblasts, mesenchymal stem cells, monocytes, or PBMCs for example, I have been using the Synth-a-Freeze cryopreservation medium. In one step, after centrifugation, you put your cells in the 4°C cryogenic medium and freeze them in liquid nitrogen. It's easy and fast. I recommend this medium for improving cell viability after defrosting.
