Buffer Set for Flowcytometry-Based Assays

I used the cyto-fast buffers to stain cells for flow cytometry. The buffers offer a quick alternative for fixing and permeabilizing cells in suspension for FACS. The buffers have allowed me to obtain reproducible results every time. Keep in mind that this permeabilization is suited best for labeling cytosolic proteins. I would highly recommend this kit for quick staining of cells.
