Buffer for Immunofluorescent Staining of Nuclear Proteins

I used this kit to fix and label a nuclear protein (transcription factor). The permeabilization buffer provided with the kit allows efficient nuclear membrane permeabilization which allows rapid staining of nuclear proteins. I find this kit very easy to use and the whole protocol takes roughly 2.5 hours to complete. This is very useful for nuclear resident proteins which could be difficult to stain.
