Trizol Reagent for Effective RNA Isolation

I use the Trizol reagent for RNA isolation from mammalian cells. I always get a high yield of RNA for my RT-PCR experiments when I use this product. I have also used this reagent for preparing RNA for RNAseq experiments and the RNA integrity numbers were acceptable. I would highly recommend this reagent for RNA isolation from cells and even tissues.
