I use this sterile bottle vacuum filter (0.22 µm pores) to filter my solutions specific to cell culture. In order to avoid artifacts due to the presence of particles, I prepare 1 liter of all my solutions then I filter them with this system. It's very easy to use. It has a capacity of 150 ml, and you only need a vacuum system to vacuum it.
