Trypsin-EDTA (0.05%), phenol red
Usually, I detached my cells by using this sterile trypsin-EDTA mixture solution (0.05%). This works easier for HEK-293, CHO, HK-2, THP-1 cells but it’s more difficult for mesenchymal cells and fibroblasts. I recommend this product because it's quick and effective and during cell dissociation, it maintains cell viability.
