Master Mix for qPCR

I have found the PowerTrack SYBR Green Master Mix to be a useful alternative in my real-time PCR experiments. The inclusion of an inert blue dye enhances visibility without interfering with the PCR process, ensuring no error in my pipetting, especially when using multiple wells in a 384-well plate. The optional use of a yellow sample buffer, resulting in a color change from blue to green upon sample addition, is a smart feature that minimizes the risk of pipetting errors, making this master mix my reliable and user-friendly real-time PCR.
