BCA Protein Assay Kit

For measuring protein concentration in cell lysates, I use the BCA kit. The BCA kit has proven to be an indispensable tool in my Western blot loading for accurate protein quantification. The kit's sensitivity ensures consistent and reproducible results, making it an essential asset for any researcher working with protein analysis. The BCA assay is less susceptible to interference from common reagents such as detergents, reducing agents, and various salts compared to the Lowry method. I therefore highly recommend this kit.
