I am very satisfied with the CLARIOstar Plus multi-mode plate reader. It has monochromators, filters, and a spectrometer. Its unparalleled sensitivity, combined with enhanced Dynamic Range technology, makes it the optimal choice for my experiments. The fully-flexible wavelengths and bandwidths have allowed me for spectral scanning in fluorescence intensity, and therefore FRET experiments. The scanning is also super fast, which again helped me to scan multiple plates using the stacker. I highly recommend this plate reader for a range of different measurements.
