I have been using this DC Protein Assay to determine protein concentrations. This kit is a colorimetric assay that is easy and quick to use. In two steps you can read the absorbance of your sample. All the reagents are in the kit. The only negative point is that each product runs out at a different time even if you use the appropriate quantities.
