Transfection Reagent for Insect Cell Expression

I use this reagent to transfect recombinant bacmid into Sf9 (insect) cells to generate P0 baculovirus. I typically seed 1 million cells per well in a 6-well plate and transfect after 1 h. I use 2 µg bacmid and 6 µl of this transfection reagent for this format and it works well. There is no toxicity and the transfection efficiency is good. I highly recommend this product for Sf9 cell transfection.
